Wynonna Judd happens to be my FAVORITE female country artist. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't listen to country at all. I always sang R&B music and developed a low voice. I was singing in a church choir and constantly looking for gospel songs to do. My mom handed me Wynonna's "Tell Me Why" cd and told me to listen to her. We seemed to have the same range and fell in love with her voice. I loved her style!!!!!!! I then bought a few more of her CDs and then really started listening to more country female artists.
"My Strongest Weakness" is my most favorite song of hers. It's also probably the best song I can sing. I usually relate most of her music to my life and all the songs have sentimental meaning and I really bring out my emotions when I sing her stuff.
If I could name the people most influential to me for my singing; she would be one of them!! Love ya WY!!
